Each product carries a lead time, this can vary depending on the stock location throughout our storage network. Most items should be delivered to you within 1-4 working days, however some items can take up to 7-10 working days.
*Please note that the shipping of certain large, fragile or awkward items may not be possible to the Channel Islands and Ireland. If this is the case your order will be refunded with our apologies.
Most products are provided with a minimum 1-year warranty and longer warranties will be listed on each individual product page. The only exception is Incandescent/Halogen Light Bulbs which have a 30-day warranty.
