Changed your mind about your purchase? Not a problem! you have 30 days from the day delivery to return. All we'll need from you is to Contact Us with your order number and reason for return. Please note that items must be returned to us in as sold condition, the un-marked original packaging and not have been 'wired in'. We can arrange a pre-paid returns label for your convenience, a small charge will be payable from yourself.  

Received something that is incorrect, damaged or faulty? Contact us as soon as you can and we will do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly. (Please note we require to be informed of transit damages within 72 hours of delivery). If you have received a faulty, incorrect or damaged item we will email you a pre-paid label. Before providing a return label, we may ask you to take images of the issue, to assess the best solution for you.

Unwanted Goods

Returning faulty or damaged goods

  1. Contact us within 30 days.
  2. Re-pack the item(s) for transport.
  3. Items must be un-used in the original box(s).
  4. Use your own carrier with insurance or request a pre-paid label (£14.95 / box for boxes up to 50x50x50cm). Please request a quote for larger boxes.
  5. Send the item(s) to the address below.
  6. A refund will be issued within two working day of receipt. Refunds my take up to five working days to appear in your account.
  1. Contact us as soon as you can.
  2. Re-pack the item for transport.
  3. Please do not write on or mark the product box directly. 
  4. A pre-paid label will be issued (free) for return via your local post office.
  5. Please do not use your own carrier without contacting us first, we will not be able to refund costs unless agreed beforehand.
  6. Send the item(s) to the address below.
  7. When received, we will be in touch within two working days with replacement or refund details.

Warranties & Guarantees

Most products are provided with a minimum 1-year warranty and longer warranties will be listed on each individual product page. The only exception is Incandescent/Halogen Light Bulbs which have a 30-day warranty.

If your product develops a fault within the first 6 months of purchase, we will replace/repair the product or issue a full refund. Outside of the first 6 months of purchase, you will be provided with a repair or replacement.
